Our sorting services can be conducted at our onsite location as well as customer's offsite location. Sorting works are physical separation of non-conforming or defective parts from the acceptable ones. This can occur at various stages of the production process, such as during incoming inspection, in-process inspection, or final inspection before shipment. 

Inspections are conducted according to the established criteria and methods. Our trained inspectors carefully examine the parts, either manually or using specialized equipment, to check for compliance with the specified requirements. This may involve checking dimensions, surface quality, material defects, functional performance, and other parameters.

Our trained staffs or technicians carry out the rework according to the established plan. Depending on the nature of the defects, specialized tools, equipment, or techniques may be used to effectively address the issues and restore the parts to the required quality standards. 

Detailed records of inspection results are maintained, documenting information such as inspection date, inspector's name, part identification, inspection method used, measured values, and any deviations from the specifications. This documentation is crucial for traceability and quality control purposes. Certified shipment for defects is an essential part of quality assurance and customer satisfaction
